    Unfortunately, once your order has been placed we cannot change it. For cancellations please contact us directly by email and if your order has not yet been processed, we will cancel it.

    What is your return policy?

    Most orders can be returned within 30 days for a full refund. There are some exceptions that are noted on the product page. You must contact us directly prior to return to receive authorization. Once contacted, we will give you further instruction. If the item was not defective, it is subject to a 15% restocking fee.

    If I return my entire order will my shipping charge be refunded?

    If your order was received damaged or was incorrect, you will receive a full refund. However, if you just changed your mind your money will not be refunded. Unwanted orders are subject to a 15% restocking fee.

    Why did my order come in two different packages?

    We make every effort to send the order as one shipment. However, there are times when this is not possible and the order will be shipped separately.

    When will I get my refund if I have returned an item?

    Once we have received your return, we aim to refund your money within two weeks.

    How is sales tax calculated?

    You will only be charged sales tax if you are ordering within the state of Utah.

    What forms of payment do you accept?

    We gladly accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, and Paypal.

    When will my order be shipped?

    Orders are shipped within 3-5 business days. If you supply your email address, we will notify you of shipment.
